Fleurie Old Vines 2020
We have selected our oldest vines to produce this wine. They are between 60 and 100 years old. At this age, the vines produce few grapes and smaller but precious berries. After destemming and a long fermentation (between 13 and 15 days), the wine obtained is more concentrated. This is a wine for laying down, which will charm you with its finesse and the purity of its fruit.
We recommend drinking it between 2 and 6 years of age.
Food and wine pairing: will accompany game in sauce, goat cheese, character.
Conditioning
Given the packaging constraints, we remind you that the order must be made by box of 6 bottles (mentioned 6 for 6 bottles), mix possible.
