Preamble
The customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale below. The validation of the order form by clicking on "order" implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
It is expressly agreed that the goods remain the property of Domaine des Chaffangeons until full payment of their price, in principal and interest, this in application of law 80/335 of May 12, 1980.
Clientele and territory
Online sales, in the same way as mail-order sales, only concern shipments to the territory of Metropolitan France. For any other destination (Corsica, DOM-TOM, other country), please contact us.
Presentation of the products
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are described on the Domaine des Chaffangeons website. The responsibility of the Domain can not be engaged if errors are introduced. The products offered by the Domaine des Chaffangeons are valid while stocks last. Vintages are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks. In the event of a shortage of a vintage, the Domaine des Chaffangeons delivers the following vintage.
Conditioning
Given the packaging constraints, we remind you that the order must be made in boxes of 6 bottles (mentioned 6 for 6 bottles), mixing possible.
Shipping fees
Mentioned the country France, so that you can choose the amount of your shipping costs according to the number of bottles ordered. If this is not selected, you will be asked to send your order.
The costs are: 6 to 18 bottles 15€

Terms and payment methods
Payment is made in cash. All orders must, in order to be processed and shipped, be accompanied by full payment of the price of the goods. Payments are made by credit card (secure online payment), or by check if payment is not online.
Electronic signature
The validation of the order form by clicking on "order" constitutes an electronic signature which has between the parties the same value as a handwritten signature.
Delay and delivery
The delivery time is approximately ten working days. It is not contractual in nature. Therefore, a delay on the delivery cannot result in the cancellation of the order or any claim for damages or penalties. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The latter is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery and to report the damage to the carrier on the delivery slip and to the Domaine des Chaffangeons within 48 hours of receipt of the package containing the products ordered. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, number of broken bottles, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note. in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by the customer's signature. After this period, no complaint can be taken into account.

Satisfied or refunded
The consumer has a period of 14 working days to return, at his expense, the products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery. All returns must be reported in advance to the estate by telephone on: 06 72 22 56 30 or by email: domainedeschaffangeons@orange.fr
The products should be returned in their original packaging, complete, intact and in perfect condition for resale to the following address: EARL PERRIER AND SON - 475 Route de la Chapelle des Bois - 69820 FLEURIE
Boxes returned damaged or incomplete will not be taken back. In the hypothesis of right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to request either a refund or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the new shipment will be made at the consumer's expense. In the absence of the right of withdrawal, Le Domaine des Chaffangeons will take the necessary steps to reimburse the consumer within 14 days. The consumer will then be reimbursed to his bank account (secure transaction) or by check.
Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute or litigation, the Commercial Court of Villefranche Sur Saône (Rhône) will have sole jurisdiction.
