Vinified from 90% destemmed grapes, with a vatting From 8 to 10 days, this wine expresses exceptional taste qualities: it goes well with many dishes. It is supple and very fruity, the tannins are fine but present. It can be drunk young, but improves with time.
We recommend drinking it after 2 to 5 years of storage.
This wine, which for us is a friendly wine, accompanies very well a snack, a barbecue, a grilled chicken, or even simply an aperitif.
